Although often called "synthetic stucco", EIFS is not stucco. Traditional stucco, otherwise known as Portland Cement Plaster, is a centuries-old non-insulating material. Stucco consists of sand, Portland Cement, and water, and is a hard, dense, thick, non-insulating material. EIFS is a lightweight synthetic wall cladding that includes foam plastic insulation and thin synthetic coatings.
EIFS can be used on a wide range of buildings, including homes, apartments, condominiums, high-rise buildings, offices, malls, shopping centers, hotels, motels, clinics, government buildings, and so on. It can also be used to create facades and soffits on shopping centers, and for decorative purposes (to look like stone, or to create signage or artwork).

Our architectural sign structures are fabricated "to order" as a solid polystyrene core. We utilize 3D modeling devices and hot-wire technology to create all the building blocks in your sign structure.
Once all the forms are created, they are then assembled to your monument shape, which is then sealed with a thick layer of fibrous resin. This stage is crucial as it created a protective shell that protects the architectural form. Once this stage is properly cured, the sign monument is finally top-coated with your choice of Industry leading tinted stucco textured finish (Masterwall or Dryvit authorized carrier).
Our outdoor sign monument structures are lightweight enough to ship to any location, and typically costs half that of local sources. Our Monument Signs arrive fully assembled, and are a lifetime, maintenance free product.
NO CONCRETE SLAB IS REQUIRED!
